Product Warranties
The following are the "peace of mind" warranties we offer.
Atlantis:
Regulators
Atlantis warrants regulators against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner with the exception of mouthpieces, o-rings, high and low pressure seats, filters, diaphragms, exhaust valves, tie warps and hoses. This warranty does not cover commercial or rental use.
Other Atlantis Products
All Atlantis products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a 1-year period from date of purchase.
This Atlantis warranty does not cover damage or defect due to neglect, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempted repairs.
Atomic:
Atomic Aquatics warrant regulators against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner with the exception of mouthpieces, hoses, o-rings, filters, or valve seats, which are warranted for 2 years. This warranty does not cover damage or defect due to neglect, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempted repairs.
Catalina Cylinders:
Catalina warrant cylinders for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original hydro test date provided annual test requirements are met. This warranty does not cover damage or defect due to neglect, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempted repairs.
Paint warranty: Catalina Cylinders also have a 2-year warranty against unusual corrosion and 3-year warranty against peeling paint from the original hydro test date.
Dive Rite:
Transpacs, Aircells and Instrumentation
Dive Rite will at its sole discretion repair or replace items proved to be damaged by faulty manufacture or material, at no cost, for a period of up to one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser. It does not cover commercial or rental use, nor does it extend to units purchased from other than an authorized Dive Rite dealer. If we deem the item to be beyond repair through no fault of the user then, and only then, will we replace the affected component(s). This warranty specifically excludes colour changes, light fastness, or fading on Transpacs and Aircells. Dive Rite does not accept responsibility for stains or transference or bleeding of colour to other items.
Regulators
Dive Rite warrant regulators against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner with the exception of mouthpieces, o-rings, high and low pressure seats, filters, diaphragms, exhaust valves, tie wraps, hoses and seat carriers.
Princeton Lights:
Princeton warrant its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty covers all of the component parts except bulbs and batteries. This warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear or damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, accidents or unauthorized repair.
Seac Sub:
Regulators
Seac Sub warrants regulators against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner with the exception of mouthpieces, o-rings, high and low pressure seats, filters, diaphragms, exhaust valves, tie warps and hoses. This warranty does not cover commercial or rental use.
Other Seac Sub Products
All other Seac Sub products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a 1-year period from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or defect due to neglect, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempted repairs.
Sealife Cameras:
Sealife offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all products. Only authorized Sealife Agents are allowed to make no charge warranty exchanges on behalf of Sealife.
Sherwood:
Regulators
Sherwood warrants regulators against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner with the exception of mouthpieces, o-rings, high and low pressure seats, filters, diaphragms, exhaust valves, tie warps and hoses.
Buoyancy Compensators, Computers and Gauges
Sherwood warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a 2-year period from the date of purchase with the exception of batteries, which are not covered by this warranty.
All other Sherwood products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a 1-year period from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or defect due to neglect, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempted repairs.
