LOOP RUBBER POWERBANDS - 16MM
Loop design. 16mm.
Rubber is made from 99% latex using a proprietary mandrel dipping process. Mandrel dipped latex is produced by repeatedly dipping a spindle into a vat of liquid latex. Each dip applies a layer approx .001mm (~.003”) thick until the desired diameter is achieved. The final layers have UV inhibitors which minimize oxidation and UV degradation.
Dipping produces concentric “tree ring” layers of rubber which provides even pull force to 4x stretch and excellent tear resistance. This offers a very high payload rubber which is smooth loading and ultra durable.
