Facebook and Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions
1. To enter the competition, you must like our Facebook or Instagram page on which on the competition is
hosted, be over 18 and be a resident of New Zealand.
2. Winners will be announced on the Facebook or Instagram page. You will be messaged or tagged where
possible to be notified you’ve won. If your personal privacy settings prevent us from doing this, it will be up
to you to check our social channels for the winner announcement.
3. To redeem your prize, you must first contact us by private message via the social channel on which the
competition was run. You must supply your name, phone number, email address and if mailing a prize, a
physical address which must be in New Zealand.
4. The prize must be redeemed within 14 days of being notified as the winner. If you do not contact us within
this time period, we’ll redraw the prize.
5. Unless otherwise stated in the entry, you can only enter the competition once.
6. The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from all valid entries on the day after the close of the
competition.
7. The overall decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be exchanged for
cash.
8. Some of the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions by third parties. The winner agrees
to comply with third party terms and conditions.
9. Where the Competition is run via Facebook, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with Facebook, Facebook has no liability in connection with the
Competition, and any information you provide in connection with the Competition is provided to Splash
and/or the Competition Sponsors, not to Facebook.
